DesertHaus Home Watch Services is accredited by the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) and is registered, insured and bonded.  The NHWA performs background checks on all members and requires that each member participate in continued education and training. Every member is vetted for consumer complaints and is bound to operate under a Code of Ethics as prescribed by the NHWA.  This protects ours clients and assures them that we are vested in providing a legitimate and honest service.

DesertHaus Home Watch Services is local with an office located in Peoria, Arizona.  We are full time residents and focus on serving clients that reside within Peoria or surrounding cities/towns.  We do this so we can maintain familiarity with all areas we service and have a complete understanding of our clients' environment.  This allows us to be more effective as home watch professionals and helps the local community become familiar with us.  We do not want distance to become a barrier and negatively affect the quality of our service.   

DesertHaus Home Watch Services is private and confidential in all facets of our business, especially when it comes to client information.  We understand that as an integral part of our function, we are entrusted with private and sensitive personal information.  We NEVER provide any confidential information about our clients to outside sources.  Any information related to current/past clients, whether it be physical or digital, is kept fully inventoried and secured.  

DesertHaus Home Watch Services is insistent on clear and honest communication.  Our primary responsibility is to act as an advocate for our clients and protect their home and property; this is impossible to do without communication.  We have made a sizeable investment in tools that allow us to communicate with clients efficiently, effectively and on a regular basis via phone, email and customized reports.  It is imperative that clients have complete access and visibility to their home while away; this is accomplished through effective communication.
