DesertHaus Home Watch Services is accredited by the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) and is registered, insured and bonded. The NHWA performs complete background checks on all members and requires that each member participate in continued education and training. Every member is vetted for consumer complaints and is bound to operate under a Code of Ethics as prescribed by the NHWA.

As a home watch company, our primary purpose is to act as an advocate for homeowners while they are away from their homes. One way that we accomplish this is through regularly scheduled inspections of a client's home. This process allows us to provide a noticeable presence at the property while looking for any existing problems or conditions that could worsen if not detected and resolved. We use state-of-the-art technology to document each inspection and communicate all findings to the client.
